That’s right the weather forecast for tomorrow shows the return of snow, however it is understood that the snow fall will not be anywhere near the levels that we have seen in recent weeks.

More snow to hit Thornbury overnight tonight
According to the BBC weather forecast light snow will hit Thornbury overnight tonight from around 3am tomorrow morning and will continue to fall for a few hours before starting to turn to sleet around 9am in time for the school and work run.
However it is expected that the sleet will turn to heavy rain around 3pm and shortly after we will see fog starting to appear around the rush hour. So if you’re a motorist out and about tomorrow then you are advised to take extra care whilst driving.
Slightly better news is that temperatures are not expected to enter into minus so although snow is forecasted thankfully the temperatures will not be as cold as in recent weeks during snow fall.
Don’t forget we will be covering as normal any school closures in the area directly from the Thornburypeople website so if you are unsure if your child’s school will be open then please visit HERE tomorrow morning before you leave the house.

Well what happened to the snow? no sign of it at 8am today. Did anyone see any signs of snow in Thornbury overnight?
