What do Thornbury people think of our local bus services?

What do Thornbury people think of local bus services? Is there room for improvement?

We are being asked for our views in a customer satisfaction survey being carried out by South Gloucestershire Council.

Passengers are asked to rate the frequency of buses, the routes, cleanliness, customer care from drivers, time spent waiting for buses to turn up, and the availability of seats and value for money.

The survey also asks whether people think bus services have improved in the last year, and if they complained, how it was dealt with.

The survey runs until the end of this month.
