Too big for their boots
Since several years we used Green & Burton, and they were fine - recommended them to several people. Recent experience has been the total opposite. Unfortunately, I can no longer describe them as friendly or helpful - I've heard the same from a few other people. Felt like they've got a bit too big for their boots, called them on several occasions to get them out, and each time got a full-blown interrogation over the phone. Have since found far better (and slightly cheaper) service elsewhere.

handy men that can fix it
Green & Burton now located on the Thornbury Indusrtial estate are a long standing local business that specialises in repares and serving of electrical house hold appliances including whits goods and hoovers. they offer a friendly call out service and are always on hand to give advice on new purchases.
