We are an independent framing and gift shop in Thornbury, Bristol. Surroundings is a small business trying to keep it local and fairtrade.

Very New England
When you walk through the doors of Surroundings you could be forgiven for thinking you had been transported to a shop in Cape Cod, Main, or any town in New England! They not only are superb at picture framing but sell a wonderful range of items for the home, children etc. Many of the items remind me of my shopping trips in New England, America in 1984. Beautiful wooden toys, ornaments...even the smell of the various pot pourees reminded me of my trip.
The shop is light and airy, very well laid out, the only thing you will need is plenty of time! It is like an Aladin's cave..so many unique items to look at, so many wonderful ideas for your home and leisure.
Their picture framing and photograph framing is second to none. One of my favourite shops in Thornbury.
Parking couldnt be easier in the large free carpark opposite and they are open on Saturday's which is an added bonus.
