great pub to take the children to

The white Horse in Pilning is a great pub to take the children to when the weather is nice, the beer garden is massive and has ample amounts of room for the children to run around and burn off some energy. the meals that are served are freshly cooked and do not cost a packet. highly recommended.

    What can I say about this pub, cant praise it enough!! We have often eaten there both on our own and to take friends and family there to eat. Ok, so its right on the side of the A38 but has a huge car park and stunning views!! Absolutely fantastic to sit outside in the summer (especially evenings) There is a huge play area for the kids, well away from the road and all fenced off. The inside of the pub is old stone and flagstone, a really lovely oldy worldy pub. The staff are superb! nothing is too much trouble and the food really is great! I highly highly recommend this one

    very nice childrens out side play area. it has a very large beer garden with swings ect. they also have a nice size decking area. the pub has a function room that is large and could hold a around 150 or so people. the inside of the main bar areas are fairly small but the beer garden is perfect for a nice day.
