We booked a table for 20 a week ago for a wedding anniversary, the food was very nice and everyone who attended the meal was happy with the service. the food did not take very long to be served and was nice and hot.

meals that are well worth the visit
The Ship Inn located on Thornbury Road has such a large food menu to offer that you can be sure you will find something for everyone. the pub is always busy yet the service time does not increase. the Ship Inn serves all your usual drinks that you would expect to find in any pub but what really makes the Ship stand out is the food.

the ship has started to do theme nights and theme weekends. i have gone to a couple of them and we have had a good laugh. its a nice pub with a bus stop right out side so its perfect to leave your car in the car park and jump on a bus. its also a good starting place to drink if you plan on going on into town. they also do food.

nice pub it looks small from out side but once you go in its very easy to get lost! it really is like a maze in here! the food is very nice and the drinks are not too bad a price either. also has plenty of staff that helps to keep the waiting times down.
