I20 purchase
I recently bought an i20 from Barkley vale motors. Only five months after I bought it there were problems with the breaks squeaking. Instead of just changing the break pads they skimmed them. A quick fix. Not a proper job. Now I have been told they can't diagnose the problem and that they want to drive it all the way to Gloucester to check if it is still squeaking and park it in someone else driveway over night. At least that's one way to have a cheap petrol bill if you work there!! This five year warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. I am not at all happy with the way I have been treated. Problem still to be fixed. :(

when my wife passed her driving test she was looking for a small car that was good on fuel and cheap on insurance. so after looking around we decided to pop in to berkeley vale motors to have a look. they were very helpful and we got the feeling that they were not trying to over sell to us. we were very happy with the salesman and the car we decided to buy it there and then. so far so good.

so much to look at
when it comes to finding a new car there is no better place to start looking than berkeley vale motors loctaed on the a38 near alveston. berkeley vale motors have a very good selection of news and used cars to look at on site. we had our last car from berkeley vale motors last july and so far so good.

they know there stuff
when it comes to finding the best car a girl does not know much but berkeley vale motors were gentle and gave me basic no nonsense information when it came to looking for a used car. i was surprised at just how easy the process was. all the cars have information displayed on the windows so its clear and basic. you cant go wrong!!

convenient location
I always used Berkeley Vale motors until it was taken over and I changed my vehicle. Saying that I have used the garage for petrol at least twice a week. I find the fuel much better than that sold in supermarkets (and often cheaper). The young lady that works in there is superb, always cheerful, always a smile. Its in a good location right there on the A38, does get busy though and a bit dodgy for pulling out onto the main road at busy times.
