I have used Thomson travel in the high street a couple of times for short weekend trips and both times they have been more than helpful and willing to find me the best possible deal. it is also worth popping in to check out some last minute offers as they do not always show all of them in the window.

ReportI havnt actually booked a holiday through this outlet but I have been in there on a couple of occasions to purchase Euros for our holiday. The staff are lovely, although there never seemed to be enough on duty? I suppose it is difficult if people are in there trying to sort out a holiday..and you are just in there for the bureau de change but on both occasions I have had quite a wait.
The definate downside to this outlet is the extremely over the top smell of what would appear to be vanilla?? I am sensitive to perfumes, scents etc., and find it very difficult to go into this shop! It can even be smelt from outside when you walk past as someone opens the door! Saying that, I much prefer to use this outlet in the town for my Euro purchases purely down to the lovely staff that work in there.
