St Mary the Virgin Church at Olveston will be filled with laughter and music when the historic building, with its roots in the 11th century, hosts a professional three act variety show with its stars firmly in the 21st century.
Rolling In The Aisles is a 150 minute entertainment feast starring top ventriloquist JIMMY TAMLEY, TV comedy impressionist CHRISTOPHER GEE and the superb soul singer LEROY 'BADBOY' BROWN.
The show is a fund raiser for the church and a local elderly residents group (The Friends of Daldry Gardens).
The show has been organised by retired entertainment agent Mike Lewis, who also has lifelong links with the Anglican church.
The show is on Saturday 5 January 2013 at 7.30 pm. Tickets will be just £10 with concessions for over 65s, students AND GROUPS OF 10+
If the show proves to be a success there is a promise of more to follow.
Mike suggests tickets are an excellent Christmas present. To obtain them contact him at 01454 610587 or e-mail lewismike3@sky.com. The e-mail address can also be used to get the tickets via PayPal payment. Alternatively tickets from June Robbins at St Mary's church. June's number - 01454 617491.
