Last chance to have your say in leisure centre pricing consultation for Thornbury and other centres in South Gloucestershire

Circadian Trust, the social enterprise that runs the leisure centres in South Gloucestershire, including Thornbury's, is nearing the end of its 12-week consultation on changes to its pricing structure.

The consultation will formally close on 28 October. Following this the responses will be collated, and the results will be announced in early December.

Mark Crutchley, Chief Executive of Circadian Trust, said: "As a charitable business we reinvest all our profits back into the facilities and services we deliver. As such, we need to change our pricing structure to protect the future of all our services and continue to provide a quality and value-for-money sports and leisure programme for everyone in South Gloucestershire."

To date Circadian Trust has held five drop in sessions at each of its leisure centres in Thornbury, Kingswood, Longwell Green, Yate, and Bradley Stoke. 

The sessions have been well attended with over 300 people engaged with. Information and feedback forms are still available at all centres, and on online at: www.circadiantrust.org. 

Mark concludes, "It's good to hear that so many of our customers have taken the opportunity to have their say. However I would like to urge those who haven't already to fill in a feedback form as it is very important to us to hear as many of our customer's views and thoughts on the options we are putting forward in this consultation."
