Ok value for money, but not so good customer service

The prices have always been good and the food ok, but recently the customer service had been patchy. The owner in particular has an interesting way of dealing with customers! It's worth checking out one of the many new cafes in Thornbury.

    Good Clean Food

       

    I love to have a breakfast at Shellys it is very good and not to greasy, they also do alovely coffee, it is always quite busy and thats always a good sign, shelly's is round the back of the highstreet, just follow the smell of bacon, yum yum i need bacon now..

    A small, but welcoming cafe serving hot and cold food. Catering for all kinds of people. Excellent servce, very hygenic, polite staff offering a warm and cosy place to eat

    Shellys cafe must be the longest serving cafe in the area. I have been there many of times in the past. they offer just what you would expect from a cafe. the prices are set at the lower end of the market which attracts alot of construction workers ect. nice food and drink.

    Shelly''s Cafe has been a favourite of mine for many years now. Easy access, car park right across the road! and you just cant help being drawn into the place if you park in that carpark..by the smell that wafts out of there!! Does the best fry up around! real bread and butter!! clean, tidy, and nice staff. I often go there for breakfast, have taken my boss there for lunch too! Good food, good staff, good location, what more could you want?
