Renewed police appeal following fatal collision on Frenchay Park road last week

The man who died after the collision on Frenchay Park Road on Tuesday 20 November has been named as 74-year-old Roger Beaves from Bristol.

Police continue to appeal for witnesses with information on this incident...

Shortly after 7am on Tuesday 20 November there was a collision between a vehicle and a man on Frenchay Park Road in Bristol. The pedestrian – Roger Beaves - was taken to Frenchay Hospital but later died.

The vehicle did not stop following the collision. A man was arrested and released on bail as part of the investigation.

Anyone with any information is asked to contact the collision investigation unit on 101.
