Police appeal for information following theft from Pilning Post Office

Police are appealing for witnesses and information after a theft from Pilning Post Office.
It happened at about 4.10pm on Wednesday July 13th 2011. The suspect went up to the counter to pay for a small item, then snatched cash from the till as it was opened.
He made off on foot towards Northwick Road, but may have got into a vehicle nearby.
He was described as white, aged 20-30, about 5ft 10ins tall, of medium build with short fair hair. He wore a blue shirt.

On Wednesday August 3 2011 a 43-year-old man from Thornbury was arrested and charged with theft. He was released on bail and is due before Northavon Magistrates later this month.

ReportLast Tuesday 19th July around 1:45 a shop in Berkeley was done in the same way, this time the person made off with around £80. The information about the person is very similar to this person. I wonder if the police are linking the two.
