Avon Fire & Rescue helping you to stay safe over the Jubilee

Avon Fire & Rescue Service are urging anyone planning a special event to mark the Jubilee weekend to think about fire safety.

The message comes just days before the double bank holiday and at a time where a large number of Jubilee celebration parties are due to take place across the area.

On 4th June, a number of beacons will be lit at Jubilee party celebrations by communities throughout the UK to mark Her Majesty's milestone. Avon Fire & Rescue have now produced a booklet full of handy hints and tips that is available to party hosts in order to help prepare for a safe Jubilee party.
